KARD Solutions takes civil work from bare ground to handover. As an enlisted contractor at Military Engineer Services (MES), we carry out land development and construction projects for defense establishments, government departments and private clients across Bangladesh — with our own civil, electrical and mechanical engineers supervising every stage.
What we deliver
Our civil division handles the full sequence of a project: survey and site preparation, earth filling and levelling, foundation and RCC structural work, masonry and finishing, then the electrical, plumbing and sanitary systems that make a building usable. For existing properties we take on renovation, remodelling and repair contracts of any scale.
Because we also supply construction materials directly — including items sourced through our own offices in China and Dubai — we control both the build and the material pipeline. That keeps costs predictable and removes the delays that come from waiting on third-party suppliers.
How we work
Every project starts with a clear scope, a fixed schedule and a transparent quotation. We have never missed a deadline or compromised on quality, and we would rather turn down work than break that record. Progress is reported against milestones so you always know where the project stands.
